⚠️ Late Pickup Policy: Pick-up is required by the end of your last selected care or camp slot. A late pickup fee of $100 per 30 minutes (or part thereof) will be charged for any pickup beyond 30 minutes past the designated end time.

📋 Terms & Conditions, Please Read Before Registering

1. Registration & Payment

Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Tinker Sparks will send a payment link within 24 hours of this form submission. Spots are held for 48 hours pending payment; after that the spot may be released.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 14 or more days before the start of a booked week: full refund.
  • Cancellations made 7–13 days before: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before: no refund. Credit toward a future session may be offered at Tinker Sparks' discretion.
  • Tinker Sparks reserves the right to cancel a session due to insufficient enrollment. In that case a full refund will be issued.

3. Health & Safety

  • Children must be in good health to attend. Please keep your child home if they are ill.
  • Up-to-date Texas DSHS immunization records must be provided before the first day. This is a legal requirement of the host premises (Montessori Kids Universe Liberty Hill, a licensed childcare facility).
  • Parents must disclose any known allergies, medical conditions, or medications. Tinker Sparks is not a medical provider and cannot administer prescription medication.
  • Emergency contacts must be reachable during camp hours.

4. Photography & Media

Tinker Sparks photographs and films camp activities for documentation, social media, and marketing purposes. By registering, you consent to your child being photographed or filmed during camp. Photos and videos will not include your child's name or age. You may opt out anytime by contacting info@tinkersparks.com or +1 512 761 8208 before camp starts.

5. Behavior & Code of Conduct

We expect all campers to treat instructors, staff, and peers with respect. Tinker Sparks reserves the right to remove a camper for persistent disruptive or unsafe behavior without refund.

6. Liability

Tinker Sparks and Montessori Kids Universe Liberty Hill are not liable for loss or damage to personal property brought to camp. Parents are responsible for ensuring their child's safe drop-off and pick-up.

7. Schedule Changes

Tinker Sparks reserves the right to adjust the daily schedule, curriculum content, or instructor assignment without prior notice. The core program offering (STEM, robotics, coding) will remain as described.

8. Accident & Injury Waiver

Parent acknowledges the inherent risks of camp activities including robotics, coding, outdoor activities, and team challenges. Parent releases TinkerSparks and Montessori Kids Universe Liberty Hill from liability for injuries, accidents, or property damage arising from participation in camp activities, except in cases of gross negligence.

9. Emergency Medical Treatment Consent

In the event of a medical emergency and parent or emergency contact cannot be reached, parent authorizes Tinker Sparks staff to seek immediate medical treatment for the child. Parent understands they will be billed for any emergency medical services provided.
