Immunization Records Required by Texas State Law. Our after school program is held atMontessori Kids Universe Liberty Hill, a licensed childcare premises. Texas law (Texas Health & Safety Code § 161.004) requires all children on site to have up-to-date immunization records on filebefore their first day.

1. Registration & Payment

Submitting this form sends us your registration request, it does not yet confirm your spot. A Tinker Sparks team member will follow up within 1 business day to confirm availability for your chosen day(s) and send a secure payment link. Enrollment is confirmed once payment is received.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you need to cancel before the semester begins, we will first offer to move your child to a different available day at the same location. If no other day works for your family, you will receive a full refund of your semester payment. Cancellations requested after the semester has started are handled case by case - contact us and we will find a fair solution, which may include a partial refund or credit toward a future semester. Contact us at info@tinkersparks.com with any questions before enrolling.

3. Health & Safety

  • Children must be in good health to attend. Please keep your child home if they are ill.
  • Up-to-date Texas DSHS immunization recordsmustbe provided before the first day. This is a legal requirement of the host premises (Montessori Kids Universe Liberty Hill, a licensed childcare facility).
  • Parents must disclose any known allergies, medical conditions, or medications. Tinker Sparks is not a medical provider and cannot administer prescription medication.
  • Emergency contacts must be reachable during program hours.

4. Photography & Media

Tinker Sparks photographs and films program activities for documentation, social media, and marketing purposes. By registering, you consent to your child being photographed or filmed. Photos and videos will not include your child's name or age. You may opt out anytime by contacting info@tinkersparks.com or +1 512 761 8208.

5. Behavior & Code of Conduct

We expect all students to treat instructors, staff, and peers with respect. Tinker Sparks reserves the right to remove a student for persistent disruptive or unsafe behavior without refund.

6. Liability

Tinker Sparks and Montessori Kids Universe Liberty Hill are not liable for loss or damage to personal property brought to the program. Parents are responsible for ensuring their child's safe drop-off and pick-up.

7. Schedule Changes

Tinker Sparks reserves the right to adjust the daily schedule, curriculum content, or instructor assignment without prior notice. The core program offering (STEM, robotics, coding) will remain as described.

8. Accident & Injury Waiver

Parent acknowledges the inherent risks of program activities including robotics, coding, and team challenges. Parent releases Tinker Sparks and Montessori Kids Universe Liberty Hill from liability for injuries, accidents, or property damage arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence.

9. Emergency Medical Treatment Consent

In the event of a medical emergency and parent or emergency contact cannot be reached, parent authorizes Tinker Sparks staff to seek immediate medical treatment for the child. Parent understands they will be billed for any emergency medical services provided.
